Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation of the registration, you must notify the Organizing Committee by e-mail or Fax.

Cancellation requests must be made by September 3, 2010.
We regret that no refunds will be possible for cancellation requests made after September 3, 2010.
Cancellations made before June 30, 2010 are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations made between July 1 and September 3, 2010, are entitled to 70% refund of the registration fee.
All refunds will be made after November 1st, 2010.
